Registration & Regulations:
Open for all ages and nationalities. FIDE ID is Mandatory
Time control: 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment from move 1.
Swiss System, 9 rounds, FIDE Rated for Blitz Rating
FIDE Rules are applied for blitz chess.
The deadline for registration is Thursday 12th of October at 10:00 PM.
Entry fee: 100 AED.
Prizes:
1st Place: 3,000 AED
2nd Place: 2000 AED
3rd Place: 1000 AED
Best Female: 500 AED
Tiebreak:
- Direct encounter.
- Bucholtz Cut 1.
- Bucholtz Cut 2.
- Sonneborn-berger
Schedule:
First Round will start on Saturday, 14th of October at 5:00 pm. The tournament will take around 3 hours.
